We normally activate our client's hosting account within 5-30 minutes, AFTER receiving your email (at support@netkl.com ), and will reply your email together with all login details & important info about your hosting.

Once activated, clients can normally use their hosting/cPanel within 5-30 minutes (if it's a new domain), or, 12-72 hours (if it's an existing domain).

Please note that; our Main Communication Method is only via Email ( support@netkl.com ), because that Email is Monitored at all times (24x7). SMS/Watsapp/Facebook Messaging are not encouraged, because they are seldom monitored. However, if you Do Not receive our Auto-Generated Email Reply (with Ticket Number) within 30 minutes, You Must Call our Hotline immediately, to Avoid any Delay in Service Activation/Renewal.
