We would like to inform you that NetKL’s web hosting prices will be revised effective from 5 August 2025.
This is our first price adjustment since 2006 — and it comes only after careful consideration of rising operational costs, including:
- Increased cPanel license fees
- Operational costs & staff salaries (especially our 'Customer Support' team - to accommodate the growing demand for after-sales support each year)
- Upgrades to our infrastructure (security, performance & support)
Despite rising operational costs, we have proudly maintained the same prices for nearly two decades, all while maintaining:
- Free unlimited SSL & DDoS protection
- Daily backups & LiteSpeed web server
- High hosting specs (eg. Disc Space, Bandwidth, mySQL Database, RAM, CPU, IOPS, EP limits, etc)
- Reliable 'customer support' team (email/Livechat/phonecall) who works everyday (including weekends & public holidays)

Still Cheaper Than Our Closest 5 Competitors (Top Hosting Providers in Malaysia)
Based on our recent market analysis, even after this price adjustment, our hosting prices are still cheaper than our closest 5 competitors (including top hosting providers in Malaysia). At the same time, our hosting specifications (eg. disc space, bandwidth, mySQL Database, and CPU Resources) are still more generous than theirs.

The good news is, to avoid this new higher prices, you can purchase, renew, or upgrade your hosting plans at current prices NOW, before the change takes effect :
- Purchase new hosting plans (for 1 to 3 years) (or up to 10 years, if you want)
- Renew your existing hostings (for 1 to 3 years) (or up to 9 years, if you want)
- Upgrade your plan now and enjoy old rates.

- if you have any unpaid invoice on 5th August 2025 (with the old price), the old price will not be valid anymore, and will be revised to new price accordingly.
- even if you make your renewal payment early, your hosting 'anniversary' expiry date every year will still remain the same. It will not be affected.

Sila maklum bahawa :
- sekiranya anda miliki invois 'Unpaid' pada 5 Ogos 2025 (yang mengandungi harga lama), harga lama tersebut sudah tidak sah lagi, dan akan dikemaskini (edit) semula kepada harga baru oleh sistem/tim kami.
- walaupun anda renew hosting lebih awal (dari expiry date), tarikh expiry 'anniversary' hosting anda akan kekal sama (tidak berubah). Bayaran renewal awal tidak akan menjejaskan tarikh 'expiry' tahunan hosting anda.
