We regret to inform you that; NetKL will be discontinuing our 'Reseller Hosting' (RS1) service, effective June 1, 2024.
This decision was made because, the operating cost for RS1 service has been increasing, and becoming less profitable to the company.
We understand the impact this may have on your operations, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for all affected clients.
If you are currently using the RS1 service, you can either :
1) move your hosting accounts to our 'Shared Hosting' plans here : https://www.netkl.com/shared-hosting#HostingPlansComparison
2) or, alternatively, migrate your hosting data/accounts to another hosting provider (that offers 'Reseller Hosting' program)
before June 1, 2024.
You have around 1 month (from this notice) to do that.
Our support team is available to assist you with the migration process and answer any questions you may have.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and we thank you for your understanding as we work to provide you with better services moving forward.
