How can I import a large database to my account? PhpMyAdmin error times out.

For importing large databases we recommend using tools such as HeidiSQL / MySQL Query Browser.

Before being able to connect remotely you will have to:

1. Create a database and grant a user with all rights to it;
2. Add your local IP in the allowed IPs to access the MySQL service.

All of the above can be done from the MySQL manager in cPanel.
