Since the registrar's policy does NOT offer Money-Back-Guarantee once domain has been activated, therefore, we would not be able to offer Money-Back-Guarantee without any reason.
However, if we do not deliver the services as promised, or, the domain order you have placed cannot be processed, we will definitely refund your money 100%.
