This message appears, when you send bulk emails, and at least, 5 of the emails in your Mailing List bounced (within 1 hour), due to invalid email addresses (eg. wrong spelling or the email do not exist).

When this happens, your 'email sending' activity will be suspended for 1 hour (as penalty).

Once the penalty period is over, you can send out emails as usual.

To avoid this suspension, kindly make sure that all of your recipients' email spellings are correct, and clean up your bulk mailing list (by removing any invalid email addresses).
