To service you better, kindly be informed that we are going to transfer all of reseller accounts into a new server, which will be specially dedicated for resellers. This transfer will take place on this Saturday, 24/10/2009.
You don't need to worry anything. We will transfer all accounts in your reseller accounts with no hassle. There will be no problem or downtime because we will divert all traffics immediately to the new server. You and your clients should be able to directly access your website/accounts as usual.
Once all of the accounts have been fully transferred, we will notify you and give you a new nameserver/ip for you to change the all of your domains' nameserver under your reseller account. If your domain was bought from us, we will point all of your domain into the new server.
