In conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2009, most of our technical team will be away for holiday starting from 18/09/2009 to 25/09/2009. During that period, there may be some delays in responding to your orders/support request. Despite this manpower shortage, we will do our best to ensure that you receive our response at the soonest.
 
However, below are some of the answers/guidelines to some of the commonly asked Questions, for your attention :


1) Forgotten 'Client Area' password :

Type http://billing.netkl.com, click on 'Forgotten your password? Request a Password Reminder by clicking here', key-in your email address, and your password will be sent to your email. Please ensure that you ask for the password only once, because each time you request, different new password will be created and sent to your email. If you can't find our email in your Inbox, kindly check in your Junk Mail/Spam folder, in case, it has gone there. Once you've received the new password, you can login into 'Client Area'.


2) Forgotten cPanel password :

If you have forgotten your cPanel password, you can get it or reset your password in the 'Client Area'. The steps are; login into http://billing.netkl.com, click on 'My Emails' and look for email subject 'Your cPanel Account Information'. All of your cPanel login infos are listed there. If you have changed cPanel password and forgotten it, you can reset your cPanel password by clicking on 'My Services', and click on 'arrow icon' located on the right-hand-side of your hosting account. At the 'Login Details', there is an option to change password. Enter your new password and SAVE. Then, you can login into cPanel using your new password.


3) IP has been blocked :

If your IP has been blocked, the fastest way to solve it is by turning OFF your modem and then turn it ON back to renew your IP. This method is only effective if you are using Dynamic IP (eg, Streamyx). To avoid risk of your IP being blocked, please ensure that you always use the correct login info (username/password) whenever you log-in.


4) 'Error establishing a database connection' Problem :

This problem is caused by wrong configuration on your php script. We would suggest that you use Softaculous to install script. This method is so easy. All steps/processes are AUTOMATICALLY done by Softaculous. Scripts available in Softaculous includes Wordpress, joomla, phpbb, etc. This database error problem may also happen if you change cPanel password. If this happens, you must re-set your database username/password in cPanel>>Mysql.


5) '500 Internal Server Error' problem :

This problem is caused by a wrong file/folder permission or wrong configuration in your .htaccess. Please check the .htaccess file, which is located in public_html. Make sure that there is only one (1) command for every row. Connecting command can cause error 500. Permission for files must be 644; and for folder, 755. Giving permission other than these will cause error 500 too.


6) 'Error 404 not found' problem :

If you use wordpress and this problem occurs, this might have been caused by wrong configuration in your .htaccess. If you have changed setting on 'Permalink Settings', you must write command given in .htaccess. Otherwise, your website will get this 'error 404'. If you don't really know how to make setting on 'Permalink Settings', we would suggest you to just leave the setting as 'default'. Wrong files/folder permission can also cause error 404. Permission for files must be 644; and for folder, 755. Giving permission other than these will cause error 404.



7) 'The installation can not be completed - conflicting filenames' problem :

This problem happens because there is already a file/folder with the same name as the folder used by the script that you are going to install. Joomla script normally faces this problem. To fix it, just delete the conflicted file/folder. If you install Joomla, the 'conflicted' folder is 'images'. Just delete this 'images' folder in public_html and re-install it.


8) Statistic (Awstats) not updated - Statistic update is not done 'real time'. Update will take some time (in queue) to get updated. To refresh & update immediately, you may click the 'Update now' link, on the 1st page of Awstats.
 
    Example >> 'Last Update: 04 Jan 2009 - 06:26     Update now'. Kindly wait for a few minutes until the update process completes, and your website statistic will be updated immediately.
 
 
 
9) 'I've emailed you, but no response' :

FYI, no emails from you will be left unreplied/unanswered. In fact, based on our track record, our response time is just within few minutes after we receive your emails. Therefore, when you do not receive our reply after few hours/days you sent us an email, there may be two possibilities; it's either :
        - our email reply went to your Junk Mail / Spam folder.
                        OR
       - the email you sent did not really reach us - this normally happens when you sent us an email from your personal email, and NOT thru ticket in the 'Client Area'. By sending a ticket, you can be sure that your email will definitely reach us safely, so that we can respond to it immediately. Furthermore, you'll also be able to see the exact time of our response.


*IMPORTANT : If you only bought a DOMAIN from us (NOT hosting), and all of a sudden, you experience problems like; unable to access website, or, failed to login into cPanel/ftp, etc; you will need to contact your web hosting provider directly, and NOT us. This is because this kind of problem is related to hosting (and NOT domain), so, there is nothing we can do to help, as we have no control over your hosting. Your web hosting provider should be able to help you out.

Pengumuman - Operasi semasa Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2009
 
 
 
Sempena Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2009, kebanyakan staff akan bercuti dari 18/09/2009 hingga 25/09/2009. Sepanjang tempoh tersebut, semua respond pada tempahan/support akan mengalami sedikit kelewatan. tapi kami akan berusaha untuk respond semua tempahan/support secepat yang boleh.
 
 
Dibawah ini kami berikan sedikit panduan sekiranya anda ada masalah :


1) Lupa password 'Client Area' :

Taip http://billing.netkl.com, klik pada 'Forgotten your password? Request a Password Reminder by clicking here', masukkan email anda dan tunggu password anda dihantar melalaui email. sila request sekali sahaja, sebab setiap kali anda request, password baru berlainan akan dicreate. jika password (email) yang dihantar tiada dalam inbox, sila check folder spam. mungkin email kami masuk dalam spam. selepas anda dapat password baru, anda boleh login dalam 'Client Area'.


2) Lupa password cPanel :

Jika anda lupa password cPanel, anda boleh mendapatkan atau reset password anda dalam 'Client Area'. caranya ialah login dalam http://billing.netkl.com, klik pada 'My Emails' dan cari email subject 'Your cPanel Account Information'. maklumat login cPanel ada disitu. Jika anda sudah tukar password cpanel dan lupa password tersebut, anda boleh reset password cPanel dengan klik pada 'My Services', dan klik pada 'icon anak panah' pada sebelah kanan akaun hosting. pada 'Login Details' ada pilihan untuk tukar password. masukkan password baru anda dan save. selepas itu, anda boleh login dalam cPanel guna password baru anda.


3) IP kena block :

Jika ip anda kena block, anda boleh TUTUP dan BUKA (power OFF/ON) semlua modem untuk tukar ip. cara ini berkesan hanya jika anda guna dynamic ip (cth; streamyx). untuk mengelakkan masalah ip diblock, sentiasa guna info (username/password) yang betul.


4) Masalah 'Error establishing a database connection' :

Masalah ini disebabkan salah configuration pada script php anda. Kami cadangkan anda guna Softaculous untuk install script. cara ini amat mudah. semua proses dibuat oleh Softaculous secara automatik. script script yang ada dalam Softaculous termasuk wordpress, joomla, phpbb, etc... Masalah error database juga boleh terjadi jika anda tukar password cPanel. jika error database terjadi setelah anda tukar password cPanel, anda mesti re-setting semula username/password database anda. dalam cPanel>>Mysql.


5) Masalah '500 Internal Server Error' :

Masalah ini disebabkan permission files/folder yang salah atau configuration dalam .htaccess yang salah. check file .htaccess. file ini dalam public_html. pastikan 1 arahan (command) setiap baris. arahan bersambung akan menyebabkan error 500. Permission untuk files mestilah 644 sahaja dan folder 755. Permission lebih tinggi akan menyebabkan error 500.



6) Masalah 'error 404 not found' :

Jika anda guna wordpress dan masalah ini terjadi. ini disebabkan salah configuration dalam .htaccess. Jika anda ubah setting pada 'Permalink Settings', anda mesti tulis command yang diberi dalam .htaccess. jika anda tidak tulis arahan yang diberi dalam .htaccess, website anda akan error 404. jika anda tidak begitu tahu cara untuk setting pada 'Permalink Settings', kami cadangkan anda biarkan setting 'default'. Permission yang salah pada files/folder juga boleh menyebabkan error 404. Permission untuk files mestilah 644 sahaja dan folder 755.



7) Masalah 'The installation can not be completed - conflicting filenames' :

Masalah ini disebabkan sudah ada file/folder sama nama dengan folder yang diguna oleh script yang anda hendak install. script Joomla biasanya mengalami masalah ini. Untuk fixkan, delate file/folder yang 'conflict'. jika anda install Joomla, folder 'conflict' ialah images. delete folder 'images' dalam public_html dan install semula.
 
 
8) Statistik (Awstats) tidak dikemaskini - Update statistik bukan 'real time'. update akan mengambil masa (ikut queue) untuk diupdate. Untuk update segera, klik pada link 'Update now' pada muka depan Awstats. Contoh>> 'Last Update: 04 Jan 2009 - 06:26     Update now'. Tunggu beberapa minit sehingga proses update selesai dan statistik website anda sudah siap diupdate.



9) Saya hantar email tapi tiada respond :

Jika anda hantar email kepada kami tapi tiada reply, tidak bermakna kami tidak membalas email anda. Untuk pengetahuan anda, kami balas semua email yang kami terima. masa respond biasa kami ialah dari beberapa minit sahaja. jika tiada reply, mungkin email yang anda hantar tidak sampai kepada kami atau email kami tidak sampai kepada anda. sila check folder spam kalau kalau email kami masuk dalam spam. Kami cadangkan anda buka terus tiket dalam 'Client Area' untuk memastikan semua email selamat dan anda tahu masa sebenar yang diambil oleh kami untuk respond email anda.



*PENTING : Jika anda beli domain sahaja dari kami, dan tiba tiba website anda tidak boleh diakses, anda mesti contact web hosting dan bukannya kami. ini kerana anda beli domain sahaja dari kami, dan jika website tidak boleh buka, tidak boleh login dalam cPanel/ftp, etc... masalah ini dengan hosting, BUKAN domain. sila contact company tempat anda beli hosting untuk bantuan.
 
 
 
Diharap panduan diatas dapat membantu anda sekiranya ada masalah lebih lebih lagi respond kami mungkin agak lambat pada musim perayaan nanti.
